Excellent staff, very clean facility. Great location in the center of historical part, protected from traffic noise. Nearby park with Christmas music. Helpful staff and plenty of restaurants nearby. Recommend a room with a view.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect! It is right in the midst of the historic center of Querétaro, allowing easy exploration of the beautiful surrounding area. The hotel itself is a charming and well-maintained historic building, with attention to detail that can be seen throughout. The staff is excellent and the facility is kept very clean.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. The room was clean and comfortable, and had all the modern amenities I needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even spoke English. I really appreciated the on-demand coffee in the lobby, it was a nice touch. I had a great experience here.
